$1.7M → $3.5M in 24 Months → Reset to $2.5M at 3.5 Days/Week
When Trae came to us, he had a profitable business doing around $1.7M, but the team wasn’t reliable and he was looking for direction, structure, and a more controlled way to grow.
From the start, the goal was straightforward: build a larger, more profitable business.
We mapped out a clear plan and put the right structure in place, improving client flow, using data more effectively, and hiring a salesperson to take Trae out of day-to-day sales.
As things progressed, the business scaled quickly, reaching $3.5M over the next two years. With that growth came more complexity, more people, and more moving parts to manage.
Along the way, something shifted.
Trae realised that while he could run a bigger business, it wasn’t actually what he wanted long term. The profit was there, but the day-to-day didn’t align with the life he wanted to build.
So we adjusted.
We resized and refined the business to find the right balance, settling at around $2.5M with the right team, structure, and workload to match. A business that still performs strongly, but without unnecessary pressure.
Now, Trae works around 3.5 days a week and has a business that runs in a way that supports his life, not controls it.
At just 25, he’s purchased his dream farm, with the time, money, and headspace to actually enjoy it.
