Our Story

Andrew Redding is a seasoned business coach and accomplished entrepreneur known for his no-nonsense approach to success. Born and raised in Australia, Andrew’s journey is a testament to the power of hard work and determination. Leaving school at the end of Year 10, he embarked on an air conditioning and refrigeration apprenticeship in 2000, quickly excelling and laying the groundwork for his future in business.

In 2009, Andrew founded Valley Air-Conditioning, a venture that would grow into a thriving enterprise with a workforce of 50 and over $10 million in annual sales within a decade. Alongside this success, Andrew explored multiple business ventures, amassing a wealth of experience and developing what he calls the “10 Fundamentals of Business.”

Today, Andrew is the driving force behind ARC Business Development, where he mentors a select group of business owners, helping them overcome challenges, scale their operations, and achieve real measurable results. Andrew’s coaching is built on a foundation of straightforward advice, practical strategies, and a commitment to accountability.

This approach not only reinforces and embeds our own learning, but also ensures that we teach and share key points with our teams. We document, systemize, and simplify lessons to make it easy to implement in our business.

We take full responsibility for every situation and look at ourselves first – asking, “What could I have done better?” We don’t make excuses or blame others, external factors, or luck. Instead, we debrief, learn from every experience, and focus on continual improvement.

We value effective communication

We are always respectful, open, and honest with each other and our clients. Being direct and truthful allows people the opportunity to grow, learn, and improve. If we have something to say, we say it to the person’s face – we don’t talk behind anyone’s back.

Who shares wins

We are an open book group that wants the best for each other, just as much as for ourselves. We share knowledge, strategies, our own lessons learnt and support wherever we can. A team always achieves more than an individual, so be the team member who lifts the whole group and contributes to everyone’s success.

We are genuinely nice people

We’ll spend a fair bit of time together in this group, and I want to invest in helping people who are not only successful but also genuinely good people. If we’re taking time away from our families to grow and improve our businesses, there’s no tolerance for assholes, backstabbers, or people who are just not good people at their core.

We continually develop our self-awareness. It’s a skill that takes focus and evolves as we do, enabling us to recognise and navigate our own emotions as well as those of others. Self-awareness helps us adapt in the moment, make better decisions, and positively impact every aspect of life and business.

After leaving school at Year 10, he built Valley Air-Conditioning into a $10M+ business with a team of 50, later developing the 10 Fundamentals of Business – a framework for sustainable success.

As the founder of ARC Business Development, Andrew works with business owners ready to scale, execute, and take control of their business and life. His coaching is built on proven strategies, real accountability, and a relentless focus on results.

Katie Wallace

Operations Manager | The Architect of Order in a World of Chaos

Katie has built businesses, led teams, and mastered the art of turning chaos into structure. With a background in operations, sales, events, and finance, she creates seamless systems that keep businesses running smoothly.

Simon Bernasconi is the Head of Strategy at ARC Business Development, where he drives creative direction, marketing strategy, and internal operations. 

With a background in business coaching, marketing, and technical operations, he’s passionate about solving problems, optimising processes, and helping businesses grow.

Originally from Australia, Simon now lives in the Philippines. When he’s not refining systems, he’s training in Muay Thai, running, or exploring the outdoors – all with a mindset of continuous growth.

Fadzli Fauzi

Senior Creative | The Brand Visionary

Fadzli Fauzi is a seasoned creative with expertise in brand strategy, graphic design, and art direction. 

Before joining ARC, he led creative projects for major brands like Disney, Paramount, Mazda, and Qatar Airways. His experience spans PR, events, music, sports promotions, and corporate branding.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Fadzli ensures ARC’s brand and messaging are both impactful and visually compelling.

Janelle Baluyan
